Consult our doctors top tips
- Separate requests for each person – Please do not put details of other family members on the same request
- Give us as much information as possible
- Let us know what you want from us! – We are there to support you and we only know what you want if you tell us
- Tell us when you are available – Missed appointments are a big problem
- Look out for text messages from the surgery – We will often make use of text messages.
Your Appointment
However you choose to contact us, all requests for GP appointments are seen by our team of Park Lane Clincians first. Sometimes your query can be resolved via text or a phone call meaning you don’t always need to come to surgery. Click on the Consult our Practice Team online/Book Appointments. We may offer you a consultation:
- by phone
- face to face at the surgery
- by text or email
Appointments by phone, text or email can be more flexible and often means you get help sooner.
Non-urgent advice: BEFORE you click the link to access your GP, we would be very grateful if you would consider the following
For example:
· Self-care
· Your local pharmacist can advise on many minor ailments and medication queries · The NHS website has excellent information and guidance – https://www.nhs.uk/
· NHS111 should be used for all evening, overnight and weekend enquiries as the surgery is closed
Think Pharmacy First
