Mounjaro (Tirzepatide) access in Cheshire and Merseyside

The new weight management ‘Tirzepatide’ medication (brand name Mounjaro®) is shortly being made available to NHS patients to support weight loss.
Please be aware that these are not currently available via your GP Practice.
NHS Cheshire and Merseyside is in the process of establishing the new services for patients who meet the eligibility criteria, and are working as quickly as possible to make these services available. Your GP Practice is unable to assist until these services are in place.
